We stepped into the month preparing for the Chinese New Year rush, spent time celebrating with family and clearing CNY orders, and before we knew it, everyone was already back at their desks planning for the next big moment, Ramadan and Raya sales.
This in-between season is always a reset point. Sellers move from festive fulfillment mode into strategy mode: reviewing pricing, adjusting promotions, and making sure operations are ready for the next demand spike.
So while you were transitioning from CNY to Raya preparation, we focused on building updates that make that shift smoother behind the scenes.
Here’s what we introduced in February.

Shopee Add-on Deal Support
This month, BigSeller introduced support for Shopee Add-on Deal, giving sellers a new way to drive larger baskets without adding complexity to daily operations.
Add-on Deals are one of Shopee’s core promotional tools, allowing sellers to pair main products with discounted add-ons or gifts tied to a minimum spend. Instead of relying on single-item purchases, sellers can now encourage natural cross-selling, the kind that increases average order value without feeling forced.
With BigSeller, these promotions can now be created and managed centrally across stores. Auto-renewal support keeps campaigns running continuously, reducing the need to manually recreate deals and helping Shopee sellers maintain momentum during long campaign periods like Ramadan and Raya.

Store Selling Price for POS Retail Orders
As more businesses operate both online and offline, pricing flexibility has become essential.
BigSeller now supports Store Selling Price for POS Retail Orders, allowing sellers to define different selling prices for the same SKU based on the specific retail location. This makes it easier to reflect real-world conditions such as local demand, operational costs, or in-store promotions without disrupting unified inventory management.
When multiple price settings exist, the system intelligently prioritises them, ensuring the most relevant price is applied automatically. This removes the need for manual adjustments while keeping pricing strategies consistent across channels.
For sellers managing physical stores alongside e-commerce, this update helps bridge the gap between online structure and offline realities.

BigSeller App General Settings Upgrade
We also improved the BigSeller App’s general settings to give users better visibility and control over their accounts and integrations.
Users can now more easily review account details, switch between multiple accounts, manage connected platforms, and adjust operational preferences such as default warehouses or scanning configurations. Multi-language support continues to expand, helping regional teams work more comfortably within the same system.

If You Missed Our February Webinars
February wasn’t only about product updates. It was also about helping sellers step back and rethink how they operate before the Raya rush begins.
In Online vs Offline: How Brands Win When Both Worlds Work Together, we spoke about how businesses with years of offline experience can successfully transition online, and why brands that connect both channels often build stronger, more sustainable sales. The session focused on making products translate effectively into digital demand while keeping inventory and order management aligned across both worlds.
We continued with Shopee in 2026: How Sellers Stay Profitable, Not Just Active, where the conversation shifted to the realities sellers face this year such as rising costs, evolving commission structures, and the importance of focusing on conversion instead of just chasing traffic. It was a practical discussion on avoiding common campaign mistakes and adapting to how the platform is changing.

A Little Extra While You Prepare for Raya Sales
As sellers move from CNY fulfillment into Raya planning, there are still a few days left to take advantage of our current promotion.
From 7 January to 7 March 2026 (CST), sellers who purchase BigSeller VIP within this campaign window will receive a complimentary Duoke VIP benefit. The offer is tied to this fixed period, meaning only purchases made during these dates are eligible for the reward.
Once received, the Duoke VIP voucher can be redeemed anytime up until 31 March 2026, 11:59 PM. This gives sellers additional flexibility to activate and make use of the benefit even after the campaign itself has ended. Any vouchers not redeemed by that deadline will expire.
For sellers preparing their next growth phase after CNY, it’s an opportunity to explore additional tools while getting ready for the Raya sales cycle.

Stepping Into the Next Selling Season
By the time February ends, most sellers are already switching gears again. CNY orders are cleared, regular operations are back on track, and attention turns quickly to Ramadan and Raya planning. It’s less about big announcements and more about making sure the groundwork is solid: promotions are aligned, pricing makes sense, and daily processes won’t slow you down when demand picks up.
Our focus this month was to support that preparation. The updates we released are meant to reduce manual effort, connect online and offline workflows more naturally, and give sellers better control during high-demand periods without adding extra complexity.
If you’re getting ready for the months ahead, this is a good time to explore how BigSeller fits into your workflow. You can try BigSeller for free and experience the features firsthand, and we’re also offering a 7-day VIP Trial Coupon so you can test advanced functions before making any commitment!
