Go to Lazada's ADA (Ask Data Assistant) form through the Seller Center. You’ll need to:
Select "Seller Claims" as the type of inquiry
Choose "Shipping Fee" as the category for your claim
From the dropdown menu, choose why you’re filing the claim. Your options include:
Incorrect package weight/dimension
Return item shipping fee
Incorrect shipping fee subsidy received
Make sure to select the correct reason that matches your situation.
Fill in:
Your Seller Name and Seller ID
Your email address, so Lazada can send you updates about your case
You have two ways to submit your claim, depending on how many orders are affected:
Single Order Dispute
Use this if you're disputing one order only.
Choose the Order Line ID option
Get the required details from the Order Detail Page on Lazada
Bulk Dispute
Use this if you're disputing many orders at once.
Choose Excel File Upload
Download Lazada’s template file
Fill in your affected Order IDs/Item IDs
Upload it back into the ADA form
Note: Bulk submission is only allowed for weight/dimension or subsidy issues, not return shipping fee claims.
Click Submit and your case will be automatically sent to Lazada’s Partner Care team for review. You’ll get email updates, and you can also track your case status on the My Case Overview Page.
Always verify your chargeable weight using Lazada’s official calculator
Make sure the weight Lazada used to calculate your shipping fee is correct. Use their chargeable weight calculator (available in Seller Center) to double-check. This helps you confirm if an overcharge really happened.
Take screenshots or photos of your parcel’s dimensions and weight before shipping
If you’re going to file a claim later, you’ll need proof. So before sending out a parcel, take clear photos of:
The weight on the weighing scale
The parcel next to a ruler or measuring tape showing its size. This will help support your claim if Lazada says the package was heavier or larger than it actually was.
Double-check your Order Line ID and Shop SKU
These are unique IDs for each item and order. Mistakes in these fields can cause Lazada to reject your claim. Make sure the numbers you enter are exactly correct.
If you’re doing a bulk claim, you’ll need to fill in an Excel template. When pasting Order IDs or Item IDs from another file, use “Paste Special” > “Values” to make sure the formatting is correct.
Wrong formatting (like turning IDs into formulas or date formats) can make the claim file invalid.
